Determinan penyakit TB paru meliputi jenis kelamin, dan usia. Suspect TB adalah seseorang yang diduga menderita TB sehingga perlu ditegakkan dengan pemeriksaan laboratorium. Diagnosis pasti TB adalah dengan ditemukannya <em>MTB</em> pada pemeriksaan biakan dahak pada kultur <em>Lowenstein</em> <em>Jensen</em> (LJ), namun hasil pemeriksaan LJ membutuhkan waktu ± 8 minggu. Metode Tes Cepat Molekuler (TCM) <em>Genxpert</em> merupakan terobosan program TB untuk pasien TB Resisten Obat. Metode TCM membutuhkan waktu dua jam untuk mendapatkan hasil diagnosis pasien. RSUP Surakarta merupakan salah satu tempat rujukan pemeriksaan laboratorium TB dari berbagai fasyankes. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pasien, hasil pemeriksaan TCM <em>GenXpert </em>dan kultur <em>Loewenstein Jensen</em>. Jenis penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan desain <em>cross sectional. </em>Sampel penelitian sebanyak 235 merupakan total populasi <em>suspect</em> TB di RSUP Surakarta pada bulan Januari-Maret 2022. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari RSUP Surakarta. Hasil penelitian jumlah suspect TB berusia 3-81 tahun, laki-laki 154 orang (65,5%) dan perempuan 81 orang (34,5%). <em>S</em><em>uspect</em> TB dengan hasil negati 164 (69,8%), rif sensitif 71 sampel (30,2%). Hasil kultur negatif 169 (71,9%) dan positif 66 sampel (28,15). Alat TCM <em>GenXpert</em> dibandingkan dengan kultur LJ memiliki sensitivitas 77,27%, spesifitas 88,7%, NPP 71,83%, dan 90,85%. Disimpulkan hasil alat TCM <em>GenXpert </em>memiliki sensitifitas dan spesifitas yang baik sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai alat skrining TB. The bacterium <em>Staphylococcus aureus </em>is a possible source of this illness. <em>Staphylococcus aureus </em>has become a major health risk due to the rise in bacterial resistance to many classes of antibiotics, making sensitivity testing imperative. The purpose of this investigation is to identify <em>Staphylococcus aureus </em>in ulcer samples from RSUD Dr. Moewardi's diabetic patients and to investigate their susceptibility to various antibiotics.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This type of research is an analytic observational approach <em>cross sectional </em>namely research to determine the sensitivity of bacteria to antibiotics by the diffusion method with Kirby-Bauer discs. This research was conducted by isolating bacteria <em>Staphylococcus aureus </em>in ulcer samples of patients with diabetes mellitus and then tested for sensitivity to antibiotics.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The results of the ulcer sample isolation showed that out of 10 samples there were 4 positive ulcer samples <em>Staphylococcus aureus</em>. Sensitivity test results show that <em>Staphylococcus aureus </em>100% sensitive to the antibiotics Ciprofloxacin, Imipenem, Gentamicin, and Vancomycin, 90% sensitive to the antibiotic Erythromycin, while 10% is intermediate to the antibiotic Erythromycin</p> Tutus Elsa Masita Nony Puspawati Rahmat Budi Nugroho Copyright (c) 2024 Conference on Innovation in Health, Accounting and Management Sciences (CIHAMS) 2024-02-24 2024-02-24 3 9 15 KARAKTERISASI KEPUASAN KERJA GENERASI Z MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN KANO MODEL https://cihams.setiabudi.ac.id/index.php/proceeding/article/view/88 <p>Generation Z is the generation that dominates the world of work. Based on the research results, it is known that Generation Z has low loyalty to their workplace so turnover events often occur. Therefore, an organization must be able to provide job satisfaction to Generation Z employees to reduce turnover events. The aim of this study was to know the level of job satisfaction of Generation Z and to identify what job attributes affect the level of job satisfaction of Generation Z. The method used in this study is the Kano Model method to identify work attributes that affect the level of job satisfaction of generation Z. Based on research, the level of job satisfaction of generation Z is not higher enough and also there is no difference in the level of job satisfaction based on gender, educational background and socioeconomic. Through the Kano Model method, twenty-three work attributes affect the level of job satisfaction of Generation Z, where work attributes respecting individual rights gave the highest level of satisfaction. Fifteen work attributes are in the one-dimensional category and eight work attributes are in the must-be category. In addition, it is known that the one-dimensional category of work attributes has a high influence on the level of job satisfaction so companies must pay attention to the existence of these work attributes.
